ClinzAI is a software service. No physical product is shipped. Access is provisioned digitally after account onboarding and plan activation.

2. Subscription Activation

Paid plans and credit bundles are activated on successful payment and are accessible through the clinic workspace.

3. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed based on plan type, usage status, and applicable law.
Consumed credits and delivered services may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
